‘I usually wake up with abs, go to sleep with flab’s’
Christine McGuinness warned fans ‘don’t be fooled’ as she faulted her rock hard, gym-honed abs.
The former model and mum-of-three, from Blackpool, left fans floored and she shared a video of her lying on a sofa on her Instagram. The video starts by showing her lying with her hand on her head with her feet up.
As she camera gets closer, she lifts up her black crop top to show her tanned and sculpted six-pack stomach. The 34-year-old, who loves to work out, is wearing baggy grey tracksuit bottoms and white socks.
Sharing the video on social media, she wrote: “Reset. Restart. Refocus. As many times as you need to.”
However, she then added some reality for followers, urging them not to be ‘fooled’ by the video as her abs ‘never stay around for long’.
She added: “Don’t be fooled, they never stay around for long! I usually wake up with abs, go to sleep with flab’s.”
Fans were quick to comment on the post praising Christine, with one asking how often she works out and what diet she follows. Christine replied: “At the minute 3-4 times a week, mostly weights, no cardio (that’s just me personally I don’t want to lose any fat, I just want to gain some shape back) upped my protein.. lots of water.”
Actress Stephanie Davis commented on the post saying : “Can I have two of your abs? Back to the gym tomorrow.”
A fan replied: “Well done beautiful Mumma truly inspirational I am starting the Six Pack Revolution tomorrow and you have to give an inspirational photo and mine is yours. At nearly 54 and a working mum I need to reset X”
Another said: “Omg you make me sick. In a good way. I’m so god dam jealous. I say this why I eat pizza.”
A third commented: “Hard work paying off you looking good.”
