Stars from Loose Women, Coronation Street, Emmerdale, The Chase and Love Island will go head-to-head

Coleen Nolan has shared her excitement at taking part in a one-off music show on Christmas Eve.

Britain Get Singing will see groups of celebrities from some of the biggest shows on TV going head-to-head in a singing battle. Stars from Loose Women, Coronation Street and Love Island are just some of the groups confirmed.

Others include Emmerdale and The Chase. After their performances, four judges – will.i.am, Alesha Dixon, Adam Lambert and Jason Manford – will give their verdict.

The ITV show supports the channels mental health campaign Get Britain Talking. As well as the performances, the show will also include footage of the stars talking about their own mental health experiences.

Taking part in the Loose Women team is Blackpool’s Coleen Nolan, Judi Love, Kelle Bryan, Linda Robson, Brenda Edwards, and Denise Welch. Coleen shared a picture of the team on her Instagram, sharing the news of the show with fans.

She wrote: “So happy to be able to share some info about Britain Get Singing! You can catch it all on Christmas Eve at 8:05pm on ITV1 and ITVX.”

Loose Women panellist Christine Lampard replied: “Clearly you didn’t realise I can sing too” followed by a laughing face emoji.

Another fan said: “Unreal now this is going to be fab” while a third commented “Oh I cannot wait for this. Something to look forward to watching.”

The Coronation Street team includes Rob Mallard, Channique Sterling-Brown, Daniel Brocklebank, Jodie Prenger, Michael Le Vell and Sue Devaney.
